WARNING: Tower Loan Harassment
Documenting unlawful collection practices and abusive tactics
My Harassment Story
"Abhorrent collection practices. We had loans with Tower loans for years, then after one minor setback, they paraded our name in a bright red envelope across all the units where we were living and banged on our door demanding payment in the most un professional and vile manner. All to make a show, harass and embarrass us with all our neighbors. Finally went to small claims court and counter-claimed on their collection practices. Stay away if you wish to be treated professionally and with respect."
This same pattern of harassment was documented in a TrustWWW.com review, where after years of reliable payments via auto-pay, one temporary financial setback triggered aggressive collection tactics. Tower Loan representatives were seen "prancing around my complex with a Red Envelope with my name on it for everyone to see in an attempt to intimidate and harass me and my family." This company operates like borderline loan sharks, prioritizing public humiliation over professional debt collection practices.
